openDatabase
Returns a new [Database](database/database.html)
object.
var dbShell = window.openDatabase(database_name, database_version, database_displayname, database_size);
Description
The method creates a new SQL Lite Database and returns a [Database](database/database.html)
object that allows manipulation of the data.
