accelerometer.clearWatch

Stop watching the [Acceleration](acceleration/acceleration.html) referenced by the watch ID parameter.

navigator.accelerometer.clearWatch(watchID);
  • watchID: The ID returned by [accelerometer.watchAcceleration](accelerometer.watchAcceleration.html).

Supported Platforms

  • Android
  • BlackBerry WebWorks (OS 5.0 and higher)
  • iPhone

Quick Example

var watchID = navigator.accelerometer.watchAcceleration(onSuccess, onError, options);

// ... later on ...
